Opening for the Washington Capitals

Hockey is back! And it’s time for the season to start off with a bang! 

With quite a few new pieces on the board, or rather- on the ice, there are lots of possibilities as to how the Capitals will look when they take the ice for opening night on October 12 against the Boston Bruins. It will get even more interesting when Nicklas Backstrom and Tom Wilson will be ready to take the ice, which will force the team to make even more decisions. Could even more pieces to the puzzle be added? It’s possible but we’ll have to wait and see.

The Washington Capitals will open the season at home against the Boston Bruins on Wednesday, Oct. 12 at 7 p.m. at Capital One Arena.
